The guidelines calculate drug quantity using specific weight thresholds. For methamphetamine, 50 grams of actual meth (not mixture) triggers a 10-year mandatory minimum. For fentanyl, 400 grams triggers that same 10-year minimum. For heroin, its 1 kilogram.
