¿Qué significa impugnar evidencia ilegal?
Impugnar evidencia obtenida ilegalmente significa cuestionar su admisibilidad en el juicio. Básicamente estás argumentando que la policía violó tus derechos constitucionales al obtener esa evidencia, por lo que no debería ser permitida.
La Regla de Exclusión
Esta regla establece que evidencia obtenida por la policía violando tus derechos constitucionales contra registros e incautaciones irrazonables, no puede ser utilizada en tu contra en un juicio penal. Impugnando la evidencia
