An impartial board panel, consisting of the academic integrity board or provost, will hear testimonials from both parties and scrutinize physical and written evidence to reach a fair decision.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Sanctions for Academic Misconduct
Students found guilty of academic misconduct will face the following sanctions, depending on the resolution method:
Sanctions for Resolution by Documented Agreement:
